Located on Blackwood St at Mitchelton, you will find easy parking at the back of the complex or in surrounding streets (try Grovely Terrace or University Road). We are also opposite the train station so there is no excuse for not making the effort to get yourself here!

When you walk through our studio doors, you’ll be greeted by a friendly and welcoming face. We encourage acceptance of all shapes and sizes. Our Studio owners are all in their 40’s and are just regular people like you. It’s unlikely that you’ll find too many perky ponytails or crop tops in our studio – although if you’re lucky to be genetically blessed with such things, come on in – we won’t judge! Our clients range in age from 20 through to 70+ and we have lost of men too, it’s not just for the ladies. Our members support each other; and our staff strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Are You a Beginner? Not a Problem!

Unlike other studios that offer Pilates near Mitchelton, our studio genuinely accommodates all fitness levels. If you’re a beginner, you won’t feel like the odd one out. And we don’t expect you to know the ins and outs of Reformer your first time! Everyone is learning together. And everyone learns differently. Our instructors will help you determine the right exercise option for you and your body. That way, you can feel confident during every class. We go the extra mile by offering everyone a free orientation. In a small group setting we ensure we have all your relevant health information and take you through the machine itself. No throwing you in the deep end! Our instructor will then lead you through a 30-40min workout which is customised to the attendees, that’s right, you’re treated like an individual.

Our Video System Will Help You Follow Along

Also unlike other studios offering Reformer Pilates in Mitchelton, our video system provides a play-by-play of your full workout. The video will show you the exercise that the class is currently performing. It makes it easy to follow along and gives the instructors the opportunity to be hands-on with helping you and offering corrections instead of just general instructions. You’re guided through every exercise, typically around 22 per 45minute class. We guarantee you won’t get left behind.

And If You Have an Injury…

We’ll help you out! If you have any limitation, such as an injury or pregnancy, let our instructors know. They can determine options suitable for you and your condition. We can also consult with our physiotherapist, or your own, to ensure that your workout is tailored in the best way possible.

And after your first class, you may feel sore. Prepare for a rest day the day after. It’s all new to your body. It will take time to adapt. But you will and you can!
