Can your workplace and/or personal life be described as:
- Volatile
- Uncertain
- Complex
- Ambiguous
If so, are you equipped to meet these challenges?
During this 90 minute presentation/workshop, you’ll learn about the 7 domains of resilience and how to consider where your personal opportunities for growth or improvement might be.
You’ll be guided to create a single action to take to move towards that improvement.
In true Reform style, we have drawn on our very own client group for this expert led workshop!
The Workshop Framework
The Resilience at Work toolkit comprises three pillars, resilience for individuals, teams and leaders. This workshop will primarily focus on the first of these, and cover in detail 7 resources you’ll need to be set for success.
Research from the field of neuroscience describes how the more resources we have the better equipped we are to deal with adverse situations and everyday demands.
During the workshop, Brigit and Donna will walk you through these elements and discuss how we can each look to better invest in as many as we can to build resilience.
