Reformer Classes

‘Reformer’ is the name of the machine that you will be using during the Reformer Sessions. The machine was invented by the very man himself – Joseph Pilates. It is a versatile machine that allows for a lot of fun and feel-good-movements. To bring heaps of variation to your Pilates practice we have curated various different styles of Reformer Workouts. All sessions are fully instructor guided.


Total Reformer
A Total Body Workout that suits all fitness levels and capabilities – we vary the level of intensity to challenge you. This class will lengthen, strengthen and tone the body, improving functional movement in day to day life. A great workout, that’ll be sure to get those endorphins pumping!

Triple A Reformer

Whoever thought their Abs, Arms and A…. (bum) didn’t need a little more work? Well, this class targets those specific areas. It’s all about having a bit of fun while we work those abs, tone those arms and firm up that booty. Suitable for all levels, you’ll walk away from this class feeling sore in all the right places.

Jumpboard Reformer
We won’t make you jump up and down like on a trampoline. Think jumping horizontally while lying down! A padded jumpboard is placed in front of the foot bar to provide a safe platform to launch and land on. You will experience an awesome aerobic workout while protecting your joints from any jarring impact. It is so much fun that you won’t even notice that your legs and core are working overtime … Maybe that’s not entirely true … but trust us, it is a Must-Try! Suitable for all levels. Not recommended for pregnancy past 20 weeks.

Reform & Stretch
This is where strength and flexibility come together. Here you will strengthen and tone in the first half & stretch and lubricate the body muscles and joints in the second half, improving functional movement in day to day life.
