The Reformer Beginners class is ideal for anyone, especially those that have some limitations that require a more tailored class. The class includes a 45 minute workout that a slightly slower pace than our other reformer classes. It’s not just for complete beginners, it’s also great for anyone who wants to focus on their form in a smaller class environment (Max class size 8). Please note, these are not clinical / rehabilitation classes. Check our schedule for class times.
These are fully instructor guided classes without screens.

All you will need to bring to your beginners class is a ‘can do’ approach to your workout and some grip socks. Socks with grip are ideal as they offer a higher level of safety.
You can look forward to a relaxed yet challenging program in a small class format. The pace is determined by the participants on the day, with a focus on having fun and learning great technique.
