Why Not Try Out "The MIX" Circuit Class!

At Reform Studios we love variety! By way of adding some challenging and fun new exercises both on and off the reformer, we introduced 'The MIX'. 
 
The MIX is our very own circuit class, conducted in our second Reform Studios space. Here, 9 participants work their way around 3 different stations within the circuit.
 
The concept here is to add variety through different apparatus, delivered through a variety of instructors who bring years of experience from around the country.
 
STATION 1:
If you start at station 1 you'll be located behind one of our three beautiful reformers, and may involve spring tower (standing or lying down), ballet barre or a host of other exercises. Predominantly, this station is designed as your standing exercise station, but you never know just what you might get in 'The MIX'.
 
STATION 2:
At station 2 you'll be directly on one of our three beautiful Allegro-2 reformers. You may be smashing some cardio, or pushing through a variety of strength exercises. Fully guided with both video screens AND your instructor, there's endless variety on the reformer at station 2.
 
STATION 3:
Designed to me the more traditional floor based area, station 3 is where you will work on your core and back. Inspired by floor Pilates exercises, you may find yourself using resistance bands, the spine corrector, Pilates ball or circle, but don't be surprised if we add the bosu ball or some free weights into 'The MIX'.
