Memberships help us to help keep you accountable (and who doesn’t need a little hand with that sometimes!)
Our memberships can be tailored to suit your individual goals and circumstances, but our most common packages provide for 1, 2 or 3 classes per week, over 3, 6, or 12 month terms.
Reform memberships provide the ultimate in value and flexibility.

Reformer has changed Jo’s life and she just loves it! She chose a 12 month, 3 times per week membership ($59 per week), and received a month of additional classes free. Plus she “tops up” by coming in to the studio to do virtual sessions when she can. As a 12 month member she also receives access to our free members masterclass and workshops, where she picks up a lot of additional information and gets to meet new people.
John suffers from lower chronic back pain. He was regularly seeing a Physio and having massage but the relief was only temporary and the costs more than $100 a week. After doing a range of investigations, his doctor couldn't find any disc or other issues so suggested Pilates to strengthen his core. John started by attending three one-on-one sessions with Leigh who gave him exercises that he could do at home daily in addition to his reformer classes. He joined on a 3 month kick-start membership and after only a few weeks of regular attendance reported a reduction in his pain.
His membership is $72 a week, plus he received a week of classes free. It is likely that after 3 months he will be able to reduce his attendance to twice a week, maintain similar results, and achieve a discounted membership rate with a sign-up of 6 to 12 months.
Sarah is recently post-partum and wants to regain core strength as well as tone. Being a busy mum, it is hard to find time to come into the studio, so we recommended she attend classes at 5:30am while her husband is at home. We recommend that she attend twice a week for six months, in addition to trying to get some cardio at home (taking baby for jogs in the pram). She signed on during a "6 month at 12 month prices" promotion. Her membership is $42 a week.
MEMBERSHIP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are excited about offering memberships to our clients as many of you have indicated that you want help in staying accountable and in reaching your goals. By committing to regular attendance for a set period of time you are more likely to get the results that you are seeking. It also helps us (Reform) reach our goal, which is helping you to reach yours!
We will still sell 10 and 5 class packs, the prices of these per class are considerably higher than the membership per class rate. This reflects the fact that Clients on class packs have not made a commitment to consistent attendance, and just as a casual visit to a gym or golf club costs more, casual visits to our studio cost more too. Casual members who do not commit are less likely to achieve results, which is not aligned with our vision as a business. We keen to spend our time and resources working with people who are committed and want to work with us to achieve the best possible results.
We have automatically built periods of non-attendance into your membership. For example, on a once a week, 12-month membership we assume that you will only come 48, rather than 52 weeks of the year. You purchase 48 classes, but we spread the payments over 52 weeks, therefore lowering your weekly cost. Similarly, 6 month classes are calculated on a 24-week attendance period.
You can also freeze your membership for additional periods - up to 4 weeks in a year-long membership, 2 weeks in a six-month membership - if you are going away for extended periods.
If you sign up during the course of your membership for other memberships (such as a 6-week challenge) your membership will also be frozen for that period.
No problem. You will receive all of your class credits up-front and simply have to use them all within the membership period. So, if you’re on a twice-a-week membership and can only come once this week, you can use that class credit later in your membership at any time. It won’t be lost and there are no restrictions on exactly when you have to use your makeup class.
Like all contracts when you sign up to become a member you are making a commitment, but there are certain situations where you can cancel with no penalty. For example if you get too sick to continue or move away. If you cancel simply because you don’t want to come anymore there is a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the amount remaining on your membership.
We are keen to bring extra value to our committed members and run free quarterly workshops, taught by experts in their field around topics such as: stretching, yoga, mat pilates at home, back pain management and more. These are generally held on a Sunday and places are limited. Members on 12 month memberships receive two free workshop tickets and priority booking. We also run free monthly Friday night master-classes to which 12-month members receive priority access.
You are able to top-up your membership with 5-class packs which will cost the same as you pay per class per week.
Yes you can and in fact we recommend that you do. We recommend you commit within 7 days of receiving your membership offer (which is given to you after your 5th intro pack class) to get access to special deals which change from time to time. We will also be limiting the numbers of certain memberships – particularly the 12 month 2 and 3 times per week options. If you sign up now we will delay any membership payments until your intro pack is finished and your membership classes start.
