Reform Studios is one of the only Brisbane studios able to boast small reformers classes with inclusion of tower exercises. Whilst still considered a Pilates program using the reformer, adding a tower into the mix provides a world of new exercises. You’ll be challenged in a variety of ways, particularly your coordination and balance whilst building strength and better core control.
