Reformer HIIT

Reformer HIIT

Reformer with Tower

The Reformer HIIT class also takes place in our second reformer room on our Allegro2 reformers (max 6). Here you will experience a more intense program delivered by a high energy instructor to ensure you’re motivated all the way to the end.

This is a must for all those who love to work hard, but prefer a small class environment with a combination of cardio and strength.
