REFORMER FITNESS INTRO

INTRO CLASS

INTRO CLASS

This is the best place to start your reformer Pilates journey. Also ideal for anyone who has tried reformer in the past, and needs a little refresher, or maybe has done some clinical work with a Physiotherapist and wants to see how a fitness class might work for them.

The Reformer Fitness Intro class can be purchased as part of either your 3-class Intro Pack or 10-class Intro Pack. If you are unsure about starting with a group class, please give our team a call, as you may be suitable for a Physiotherapy or private Pilates appointment.
