Reformer Fitness Intro

This is the best place to start your reformer Pilates journey. Also ideal for anyone who has tried reformer in the past, and needs a little refresher, or maybe has done some clinical work with a Physiotherapist and wants to see how a fitness class might work for them.

The Reformer Fitness Intro class can be purchased as part of either your 3-class Intro Pack or 10-class Intro Pack. Come prepared for a workout as the class includes a 30 minutes program so you can see how the reformer can help you look and feel amazing.

If you are unsure about starting with a group class, please give our team a call, as you may be suitable for a Physiotherapy or private Pilates appointment.

Reformer Fitness Intro

Reformer Beginners

Start your body & mind transformation today!

The Reformer Beginners class is ideal for anyone, especially those that have some limitations that require a more tailored class. The class includes a 45 minute workout that a slightly slower pace than our other reformer classes. It’s not just for complete beginners, it’s also great for anyone with a chronic injury that wants to focus on their form in a smaller class environment (Max class size 8).

Currently our beginners class is run on Saturday at 1:30pm.

The Reformer Beginners class is ideal for anyone, especially those that have some limitations that require a more tailored class. The class includes a 45 minute workout that a slightly slower pace than our other reformer classes. It’s not just for complete beginners, it’s also great for anyone with a chronic injury that wants to focus on their form in a smaller class environment (Max class size 8).

Currently our beginners class is run on Saturday at 1:30pm.

Reformer Essentials

Start your body & mind transformation today!

The Reformer Essentials classes form the majority of our class offering across our 7 day schedule. The essential class format includes a 45 minute workout within a 1 hour block. The additional time before and after your class is there for you to stretch, ask questions and generally chat and catch up with your workout buddies.

Anyone who is unsure as to whether they may be suitable for these classes should book into a Reformer Fitness Intro class, as this is a great opportunity to experience a range of exercises.

Reformer Essentials

Reformer Essentials

The Reformer Essentials classes form the majority of our class offering across our 7 day schedule. The essential class format includes a 45 minute workout within a 1 hour block. The additional time before and after your class is there for you to stretch, ask questions and generally chat and catch up with your workout buddies.

Anyone who is unsure as to whether they may be suitable for these classes should book into a Reformer Fitness Intro class, as this is a great opportunity to experience a range of exercises.

Reformer Extensions

Start your body & mind transformation today!

The Reformer Extensions takes the essential class format up a notch. These classes are led by our super-experienced Senior Instructors, so you’re in very reliable hands. They base the class program on their years of experience in the industry to ensure they push you without compromising your safety.

Currently these classes are Mon and Wed evenings. If you’re a reformer fan and looking to push yourself, these classes are for you!*

Reformer with Tower

Start your body & mind transformation today!

Reform Studios is one of the only Brisbane studios able to boast small reformers classes with inclusion of tower exercises. We’re very lucky to have instructors with the level of expertise required to teach our Reformer with Tower classes (max 6), and they’re a hit!

Whilst still considered a Pilates program using the reformer, adding a tower into the mix provides a world of new exercises. You’ll be challenged in a variety of ways, particularly your coordination and balance whilst building strength and better core control. This is definitely one for Pilates fans wanting a challenging workout to tone and strengthen without heavy weights or giant gym classes!

Here you will experience a more intense program delivered by a high energy instructor to ensure you’re motivated all the way to the end. This is a must for all those who love to work hard, but prefer a small class environment with a combination of cardio and strength.
